"Makrocap Development Ukraine" LLC was established in 1997. The company was the first in Kharkiv to erect "business class" residential buildings. The main purpose of its establishment was to create in Kharkiv a new type company that will realize large investment projects in the field of construction at all its stages - from registration of land plots and designing and up to selling ready houses applying co-investment financial schemes and attraction such shareholders as private persons and legal unities.
While existing, MCDU realized a number of large investment construction projects.
